Cancellation Policy

At CALMAVAN, we understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we've designed a flexible cancellation policy that offers you peace of mind and clarity from the very beginning.

• Up to 15 days before the start of the rental:

  • 100% refund of the amount paid or possibility of changing dates at no additional cost.

• Between 7 and 14 days before the start of the rental:

  • 50% refund or possibility to reschedule the reservation (subject to availability).

• Less than 7 days before the start of the rental:

  • No refunds will be issued. However, we offer you a 100% voucher valid for 12 months toward a future reservation.

In the event of justified unforeseen circumstances such as serious illness, health restrictions, extreme weather conditions, or a perimeter closure, we will personally review your case. We are committed to offering you fair solutions, such as free date changes or a permanent voucher.

If for unforeseen reasons (serious breakdown, accident, or force majeure) we are unable to deliver the motorhome, we guarantee:

• 100% refund of the amount paid.

• A 10% discount on your next reservation as a sign of our commitment.

Simply write to us at hola@calmavan.com , including your name, reservation number, and reason for cancellation. We'll respond as soon as possible to help you manage the process.
